Sky News reported this morning that Bruce Dickinson, the lead singer of Iron Maiden works as a pilot for an airline called 'Astraeus' which is participating in the scheme to fly stranded XL passengers home from their holidays.

Yeah, he was piloting Maiden in an Astraeus plane on their recent world tour. They'd got Eddie the Zombie painted on the side of it, and when it went back into normal service in Africa it freaked a lot of people out. Not only were passengers refusing to get on the thing, but people wouldn't fly from the same airport - folk take evil spirits quite seriously in some places !
